Tech Buy BD ("আমরা", "আমাদের") বাংলাদেশের একটি খুচরা ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান, যা techbuybd.com ওয়েবসাইট এবং Shop-726, Level-07, Multiplan Center, New Elephant Road, Dhaka ঠিকানার একটি শোরুমের মাধ্যমে প্রযুক্তি পণ্য বিক্রি করে। Tech Buy BD, Alphaeshop Ltd.-এর সিস্টার কনসার্ন।

আপনি 01335-156129 (২৪/৭) নম্বরে বা info.techbuybd@gmail.com ঠিকানায় আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। শোরুম সকাল ১১টা থেকে রাত ৯টা পর্যন্ত খোলা এবং মঙ্গলবার বন্ধ।

এই ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি:

• অর্ডার বা যোগাযোগের সময় সঠিক, পূর্ণাঙ্গ ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য দেবেন;

এই ওয়েবসাইটের সব লেখা, ছবি, লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স ও লেআউট Tech Buy BD-এর নিজস্ব অথবা লাইসেন্সের আওতায় ব্যবহৃত। ব্র্যান্ড নাম, পণ্যের নাম ও লোগো সংশ্লিষ্ট মালিকদের। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এই কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিক কাজে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

• পণ্যের সঠিক বিবরণ দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করা হয়। ছবি উদাহরণস্বরূপ, এবং প্রস্তুতকারক বিনা নোটিশে স্পেসিফিকেশন হালনাগাদ করতে পারে।
• সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT)। প্রযুক্তি পণ্যের দাম বাজারের সাথে চলে এবং যেকোনো সময় বদলাতে পারে।
• আপনার অর্ডারে প্রযোজ্য দাম হলো অর্ডার কনফার্মের সময় নিশ্চিত করা দাম, তবে সময়মতো পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে (পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী দেখুন)।
• দাম বা লিস্টিংয়ে ভুল ধরা পড়লে তা সংশোধন করে এগোনোর আগে আপনাকে জানানো হতে পারে। তখন আপনি অর্ডার চালিয়ে যেতে বা বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
• অর্ডার কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত নয়। প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যে পণ্য পেজে উল্লেখ করা ডেলিভারি সময় ও অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের শর্ত প্রযোজ্য।

• অর্ডার দেওয়া মানে কেনার প্রস্তাব। আমাদের টিম, সাধারণত ফোনে, অর্ডার কনফার্ম করলেই কেবল বাধ্যতামূলক চুক্তি হয়।
• তথ্য যাচাইয়ের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হতে পারে। অনুগ্রহ করে ফোন চালু রাখুন ও আমাদের কল ধরুন।
• পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে, দাম বা লিস্টিংয়ে ভুল থাকলে, তথ্য ভুল হলে, আপনাকে ফোনে না পাওয়া গেলে বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহ হলে অর্ডার প্রত্যাখ্যান বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
• কনফার্মেশনের পর ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হয়।

গৃহীত পদ্ধতি। শুধু ক্যাশ, bKash, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)। কোনো অনলাইন কার্ড পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে পরিচালনা করা হয় না এবং EMI বা কিস্তির সুবিধা দেওয়া হয় না।

• ঢাকার ভেতরে: পুরো টাকা COD-তে দেওয়া যাবে। অগ্রিম লাগে না এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ আগে দিতে হয় না। পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে পণ্যের দাম ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।
• ঢাকার বাইরে: COD পাওয়া যায়, তবে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (পুরো বা আংশিক, bKash বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারে) এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ আগে দিতে হবে। COD সংক্রান্ত কোনো চার্জ থাকলে অর্ডার কনফার্মের সময় জানানো হবে।
• প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্য: পণ্য পেজে উল্লেখ করা অগ্রিম প্রযোজ্য।
• পেমেন্টের সময়সীমা: অর্ডার কনফার্মের পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এরপর পণ্য স্টক আউট হতে বা দাম বদলাতে পারে এবং অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
• পেমেন্টের পর স্টক আউট হলে: আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে এবং আপনার সম্মতিতে পণ্য বদলে দেওয়া হবে অথবা টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• পেমেন্টের নিরাপত্তা: শুধু সেই bKash নম্বর বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে পেমেন্ট করুন যা আমাদের টিম হটলাইন, ওয়েবসাইট বা অফিসিয়াল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করেছে, এবং ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি সংরক্ষণ করুন।

Steadfast Courier-এর মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। অর্ডার প্রস্তুত বলে নিশ্চিত করার পর আপনি শোরুম থেকেও সংগ্রহ করতে পারেন।

• সময়: সাধারণত ঢাকা শহরে ১ থেকে ২ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২ থেকে ৪ দিন। প্রত্যন্ত এলাকা ও ব্যস্ত সময়ে বেশি লাগতে পারে। ডেলিভারির সময় আনুমানিক, নিশ্চয়তা নয়।
• চার্জ: আমাদের সাধারণ ডেলিভারি চার্জ নিচে দেওয়া আছে। ওজন ও সাইজের কারণে বাড়তি চার্জ লাগতে পারে, এবং মনিটর ও টিভির মতো বড় পণ্যে স্ক্রিনের ইঞ্চি অনুযায়ী চার্জ বাড়তে পারে। সঠিক চার্জ অর্ডার কনফার্মের সময় জানানো হয়।
• সঠিক তথ্য: আপনাকে সঠিক ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর দিতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারির সময় যোগাযোগযোগ্য থাকতে হবে।
• পরিদর্শন: গ্রহণের আগে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পার্সেল ও পণ্য চেক করুন। কিছু ঠিক মনে না হলে গ্রহণ করবেন না এবং সাথে সাথে আমাদের কল করুন।
• প্রত্যাখ্যান বা ব্যর্থ ডেলিভারি: কোনো কারণে পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে, অথবা ভুল তথ্য বা আপনাকে না পাওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে রিটার্ন বা পুনরায় ডেলিভারির চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
• কুরিয়ারের শর্ত: Steadfast Courier-এর নিজস্ব শর্তও প্রযোজ্য, যার মধ্যে আছে অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত পার্সেলের OTP যাচাই এবং পার্সেল খোলা বা পরিদর্শনের নিয়ম।
• ঝুঁকি ও মালিকানা: পণ্য আপনার বা আপনার প্রতিনিধির হাতে হস্তান্তর হলেই ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন ধরা হয়।

• পাঠানোর আগে: ওয়েবসাইটে অর্ডার করে পণ্যটি আর না চাইলে আমাদের কল করে বাতিল করুন। আমাদের অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন কলেও বাতিল করা যায়।
• অগ্রিম দেওয়া, এখনও ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হয়নি: আমাদের কল করুন বা শোরুমে এসে বাতিল করুন। ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
• ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হয়ে গেছে: ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরত হয় না। পণ্যের জন্য বাড়তি যে টাকা দিয়েছেন তা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
• স্টক আউট: আপনার সম্মতিতে পণ্য বদলে দেওয়া হয়, অথবা পরিশোধিত টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
• রিফান্ড আপনার সাথে সম্মত পদ্ধতিতে দেওয়া হয়।

পণ্য সম্পূর্ণ হস্তান্তরের পর এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর তা ফেরত দেওয়া যায় না। তাই ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা করা জরুরি। পণ্য ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে গ্রহণ করবেন না এবং সাথে সাথে আমাদের জানান। পরে কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে এবং ওয়ারেন্টির শর্ত মিললে নিচের ওয়ারেন্টির শর্তাবলী অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিসের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

• কে ওয়ারেন্টি দেয়: ওয়ারেন্টি দেয় মূল প্রস্তুতকারক বা ইম্পোর্টার। ব্র্যান্ডের নীতি এবং বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার সমিতির (BCS) নীতি অনুসরণ করে Tech Buy BD ক্লেইম করতে ফ্যাসিলিটেটর হিসেবে সাহায্য করে।
• ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ: প্রতিটি পণ্যের মেয়াদ তার পণ্য পেজের Warranty সারিতে দেখানো আছে।
• লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি: পণ্যটি যতদিন বাজারে থাকে ততদিন সার্ভিস দেওয়া হয়, এবং BCS নীতি অনুযায়ী সর্বোচ্চ সার্ভিস সময়কাল ২ বছর।
• ক্লেইমের নিয়ম: ইনভয়েস বা ওয়ারেন্টি রসিদ এবং সিরিয়াল নম্বরের স্টিকার অক্ষত রাখুন, এবং পণ্যটি মূল বক্স ও কাগজপত্রসহ আমাদের শোরুমে আনুন। ঢাকার বাইরের গ্রাহকরা নির্দেশনার জন্য আমাদের কল করুন।
• সার্ভিসের সময়: অনেক স্পেয়ার পার্টস আমদানি করতে হয় বলে মেরামত বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টে ৫ থেকে ৭ দিন থেকে শুরু করে ৩৫ থেকে ৪০ দিন বা তার বেশিও লাগতে পারে। প্রয়োজনে দাম বা ডেপ্রিসিয়েশন সমন্বয়সহ সমমানের বা আরও ভালো পণ্য দিয়ে বদলে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
• কম্বো সেট: ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম পুরো সেট নিয়ে করতে হবে।
• পার্টস: কোনো পার্টস বদলাতে হলে আপনি নিজে ব্যবস্থা করতে পারেন, অথবা অগ্রিম পেমেন্টে আমাদের সংগ্রহ করে দিতে বলতে পারেন।
• মনিটর: ৩টি বা তার বেশি ডেড পিক্সেল দেখা গেলেই ডেড পিক্সেলের ক্লেইম বৈধ।
• দীর্ঘ সার্ভিস: কোনো পণ্য ২ মাসের বেশি আমাদের সার্ভিস বিভাগে থাকলে সেটির দায়িত্ব আর Tech Buy BD-এর থাকে না।
• ডেটা: ডেটা লস বা সফটওয়্যার সমস্যার দায় আমাদের নয়। সার্ভিসে ডিভাইস দেওয়ার আগে ডেটার ব্যাকআপ রাখুন।

ওয়ারেন্টিতে যা কভারড নয়:

• অসাবধান ব্যবহারে ক্ষতি, যার মধ্যে আছে তরল পদার্থে ক্ষতি, ভাঙা, পোড়া, স্ক্র্যাচ ও দুর্ঘটনা;
• সিরিয়াল নম্বর বা স্টিকার তোলা, নষ্ট বা পড়া যায় না এমন হলে;
• মাদারবোর্ড, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড বা RAM-এ ফাঙ্গাস, মরিচা, গভীর স্ক্র্যাচ, অথবা ভাঙা বা বাঁকা পিন;
• BIOS বা লগইন পাসওয়ার্ড সমস্যা (ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করা হয় না);
• MacBook-এ অরিজিনাল macOS মুছে ফেলা;
• প্রিন্টার কার্টিজ, টোনার, ড্রাম, রোলার ও অন্যান্য কনজিউমেবল, এবং অনুমোদিত নয় এমন কালি বা টোনার ব্যবহার;
• প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার, রাউটার, সুইচ ও অ্যাক্সেস পয়েন্টের পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার।

• অর্ডার প্রসেস, ডেলিভারি, ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট এবং অর্ডারের আপডেট পাঠাতে আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা সংগ্রহ করা হয়।
• ডেলিভারির জন্য আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা আমাদের কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়।
• কার্ডের তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না এবং আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করা হয় না।
• Google ও Facebook (Meta) বিজ্ঞাপন চালানো হয়, তাই ওয়েবসাইটে ডেটা লেয়ারের মাধ্যমে ভিজিটরের আচরণ, যেমন দেখা পেজ, দেখা পণ্য, অ্যাড টু কার্ট ও অর্ডার, Google ও Meta-তে পাঠানো হয়, যাতে বিজ্ঞাপনের ফলাফল মাপা ও স্টোর উন্নত করা যায়। কুকি ও বিজ্ঞাপনের সেটিংস আপনার ব্রাউজার এবং Google ও Facebook অ্যাকাউন্টে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন।
• তথ্য আপডেট বা মুছতে অর্ডারে ব্যবহৃত ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইলসহ info.techbuybd@gmail.com ঠিকানায় ইমেইল করুন।

আইনে অনুমোদিত সীমা পর্যন্ত, আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত পরোক্ষ বা আনুষঙ্গিক ক্ষতি, মুনাফার ক্ষতি বা ডেটা হারানোর দায় Tech Buy BD-এর নয়। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, ধর্মঘট, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, কুরিয়ার বা নেটওয়ার্ক বিঘ্নের মতো আমাদের যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনায় বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার দায়ও আমাদের নয়। যেকোনো দাবিতে আমাদের মোট দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের জন্য আপনার পরিশোধিত অর্থের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ। আইনে যে দায় সীমিত করা যায় না, এই শর্তাবলী তা সীমিত করে না।

ডেলিভারি, পেমেন্ট ও বিজ্ঞাপনে Steadfast Courier, bKash, ব্যাংক, Google ও Meta-র মতো তৃতীয় পক্ষ জড়িত। তাদের সেবার ক্ষেত্রে তাদের নিজস্ব শর্ত ও নীতি প্রযোজ্য। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে বাহ্যিক সাইটের লিংক থাকতে পারে, সেগুলোর কনটেন্ট বা কার্যপদ্ধতির দায় আমাদের নয়।

সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করা হতে পারে। আপনি অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় এই পেজে প্রকাশিত সংস্করণটিই ওই অর্ডারে প্রযোজ্য হবে। সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদের তারিখ এই পেজের উপরে দেখানো আছে।

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। কোনো অভিযোগ থাকলে আগে আমাদের জানান, যাতে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা যায়। সমাধান না হলে বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের উপযুক্ত আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত হবে।

Tech Buy BD ("we", "us", "our") is a retail business in Bangladesh that sells technology products through the website techbuybd.com and through one showroom at Shop-726, Level-07, Multiplan Center, New Elephant Road, Dhaka. Tech Buy BD is a sister concern of Alphaeshop Ltd.

You can reach us on 01335-156129 (24/7) or at info.techbuybd@gmail.com. The showroom is open from 11 AM to 9 PM and is closed on Tuesday.

By using this website you agree that you will:

• provide accurate, complete and current information when you order or contact us;
• use the website only for lawful purposes and not interfere with its operation or security;
• not attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk or introduce harmful code;
• be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

All text, images, logos, graphics and layouts on this website belong to Tech Buy BD or are used under licence. Brand names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, republish or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

• We make every effort to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration, and specifications may be updated by the manufacturer without notice.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Technology prices follow the market and can change at any time.
• The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed when we confirm your order, provided payment is completed on time (see Payment Terms).
• If a price or listing error is found, we may correct it and contact you before proceeding. You may then choose to continue or cancel.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Pre-order items are subject to the delivery time and advance payment stated on the product page.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when our team confirms your order, normally by phone.
• We may contact you to verify details. Please keep your phone on and answer our call.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when stock is unavailable, a price or listing error exists, information is incorrect, you cannot be reached, or we suspect fraud.
• After confirmation, we process your order within 24 hours.

Accepted methods. Cash, bKash, bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not operate an online card payment gateway and we do not offer EMI or installment plans.

• Inside Dhaka: you may pay in full by COD. No advance payment is required, and the delivery charge is not paid beforehand. The product price and delivery charge are paid to the delivery person on receipt.
• Outside Dhaka: COD is available, but an advance payment (full or partial, by bKash or bank transfer) and the delivery charge must be paid in advance. Any COD charges are confirmed at order confirmation.
• Pre-order items: the advance stated on the product page applies.
• Payment deadline: payment must be completed within 3 days after your order is confirmed. After that, the product may go out of stock or the price may change, and we may cancel the order.
• Out of stock after payment: we will contact you and, with your consent, replace the product or refund your payment.
• Payment safety: pay only to the bKash number or bank account confirmed by our team through our hotline, website or official social media pages, and keep your transaction ID.

We deliver all over Bangladesh through Steadfast Courier. You may also collect your order from our showroom after we confirm it is ready.

• Time: usually 1 to 2 days inside Dhaka City and 2 to 4 days outside Dhaka. Remote areas and busy periods can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Charges: our general delivery charge is shown below. Extra charges may apply for weight and size, and for large items such as monitors and TVs the charge can rise with screen size in inches. The exact charge is confirmed when we confirm your order.
• Accurate details: you must give a correct address and phone number and be reachable on delivery.
• Inspection: please check the parcel and product in front of the delivery person before accepting. If something looks wrong, do not accept it and call us immediately.
• Refusal or failed delivery: if you refuse the product for any reason, or delivery fails because of wrong information or because you cannot be reached, a return or re-delivery charge applies.
• Courier terms: Steadfast Courier's own terms also apply, including its OTP verification for prepaid parcels and the rules for opening or inspecting parcels.
• Risk and ownership: the product is considered delivered when it is handed over to you or your representative.

• Before dispatch: if you ordered on the website and no longer want the product, call us to cancel. You may also cancel during our order confirmation call.
• Advance paid, not yet sent for delivery: call us or visit the showroom to cancel. The refund is made within 7 working days.
• Already sent for delivery: the delivery charge is not refunded. Any extra amount paid for the product itself is refunded within 7 days.
• Out of stock: we replace the product with your consent, or refund the amount you paid.
• Refunds are made through a method agreed with you.

Once the product has been received, after full handover and after the delivery person has left, it cannot be returned. This is why you should inspect the product at delivery. If the product is wrong or damaged, do not accept it and contact us immediately. If a fault appears later and the warranty conditions are met, you may apply for warranty service under the Warranty Terms below.

• Who provides it: warranties are provided by the original manufacturer or importer. Tech Buy BD acts as facilitator to help you claim it, following brand policies and the policies of the Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
• Warranty period: the period for each product is shown in the Warranty row of its product page.
• Lifetime warranty: service is provided while the product remains on the market, and under BCS policy the maximum service period is 2 years.
• How to claim: keep your invoice or warranty receipt and the serial number sticker intact, and bring the product with its original box and papers to our showroom. Customers outside Dhaka should call us for guidance.
• Service time: repair or replacement can take from 5 to 7 days up to 35 to 40 days or more because many spare parts are imported. We may replace a product with an equivalent or better one, with a price or depreciation adjustment if needed.
• Combo sets: warranty claims must be made with the entire set.
• Parts: where a part needs replacement, you may arrange it yourself or ask us to source it with advance payment.
• Monitors: a dead pixel claim is valid only when 3 or more dead pixels are visible.
• Long service: if a product stays in our service department for more than 2 months, Tech Buy BD is no longer responsible for it.
• Data: we are not responsible for data loss or software issues. Please back up your data before submitting a device for service.

The warranty does not cover:

• damage from careless use, including liquid damage, breakage, burns, scratches and accidents;
• a removed, damaged or unreadable serial number or sticker;
• fungus, rust, deep scratches, or broken or bent pins on motherboards, graphics cards or RAM;
• BIOS or login password issues (we do not set any password at delivery);
• deletion of the original macOS on a MacBook;
• printer cartridges, toner, drums, rollers and other consumables, and use of non-approved ink or toner;
• power adapters of printers, scanners, routers, switches and access points.

• We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address to process orders, deliver products, provide warranty and support, and send order updates.
