• পণ্য আবার স্টকে এলে জানানোর অনুরোধে দেওয়া আপনার ইমেইল ঠিকানা;
• পেমেন্ট রেফারেন্স, যেমন bKash বা ব্যাংক ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি, যাতে আপনার পেমেন্ট অর্ডারের সাথে মেলানো যায়।

অর্ডার পূরণ, ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট প্রদান, বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি এবং আইনগত ও হিসাবরক্ষণের প্রয়োজনে যতদিন দরকার ততদিন আপনার তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। আর প্রয়োজন না থাকলে যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে সম্ভব হলে তা মুছে ফেলা বা পরিচয়হীন করা হয়।

• payment references such as a bKash or bank transaction ID, so that we can match your payment to your order.

• pages and products viewed, items added to the cart, searches, orders placed and how you move around the website;

• Service providers: including the e-commerce platform and tools that run our website and store;
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights, customers or business.

We run Google and Facebook (Meta) advertising. To measure and improve it, our website uses data layers that pass visitor behaviour to Google and Meta, such as pages viewed, products viewed, add to cart and orders. This information helps us understand which ads work and show relevant ads, and it is handled under the privacy policies of Google and Meta.

You can manage ad personalization in your Google and Facebook account settings and limit tracking through your browser settings.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. They keep your cart working, remember your preferences, help us understand website usage and support advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the cart and checkout, may not work properly without them.

Our website does not use an online card payment gateway, and we do not collect or store debit or credit card details. Payments are made by cash, bKash, bank transfer or Cash on Delivery. Payments through bKash or a bank are handled by those providers under their own terms. We keep only the transaction reference needed to match your payment to your order.

Your information is kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide warranty and support, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

• stop sending you updates or notifications.
