সম্মানিত ক্রেতাবৃন্দ, Tech Buy BD সবসময় গ্রাহকদের সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিয়ে থাকে। তবুও গ্রাহক সেবার মান উন্নত, সময়োপযোগী ও দ্রুততর করার জন্য কিছু নিয়মকানুন অনুসরণ করা অত্যাবশ্যক। সুতরাং, Tech Buy BD থেকে কম্পিউটার ও টেক পণ্য কেনার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিম্নোক্ত ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেবেন। ১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী বিক্রয়ের সময় ঘোষিত সকল ওয়ারেন্টি মূল প্রস্তুতকারক বা আমদানিকারক কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত। Tech Buy BD মূল কোম্পানির ঘোষিত ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর করতে সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে কাজ করে। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের নিজস্ব ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা তাদের অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে। ২. ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা ও মেয়াদ Tech Buy BD আন্তর্জাতিক, দেশীয় ও বাংলাদেশ কম্পিউটার সমিতি (BCS) কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করে। ল্যাপটপ সাধারণত ১–৩ বছর ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে। তবে ব্যাটারি ও অ্যাডাপ্টার শুধুমাত্র ১ বছরের ওয়ারেন্টি পাবেন। কিছু প্রোডাক্ট অভিযোগ আসামাত্রই পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হয়, তবে বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে ত্রুটি মেরামত করে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়। নির্দিষ্ট মডেল না থাকলে সমমানের বা উন্নত মডেল মূল্য সমন্বয়ের মাধ্যমে পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হতে পারে। লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টি বলতে পণ্য বাজারে চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা বোঝাবে। তবে BCS নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সর্বোচ্চ ২ বছর পর্যন্ত এ সেবা কার্যকর থাকবে। ৩. ওয়ারেন্টি প্রক্রিয়া ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত প্রোডাক্ট মেরামত বা বদলের সময়সীমা ৫–৭ দিন থেকে ৩৫–৪০ দিন বা তারও বেশি হতে পারে (কারণ যন্ত্রাংশ বিদেশ থেকে আমদানি করতে হয়)। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে হলে প্রোডাক্টের মূল বক্স ও কাগজপত্র আনতে হবে। ডেটা হারানো বা সফটওয়্যার সমস্যা Tech Buy BD এর দায়ভার নয়। মনিটরের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে হলে অন্তত ৩ বা ততোধিক Dead Pixel থাকতে হবে। ৪. ওয়ারেন্টি বহির্ভূত ক্ষেত্রসমূহ নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি কার্যকর হবে না: অসতর্ক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষতি (পানি পড়া, ভাঙা, পুড়ে যাওয়া, আঁচড় ইত্যাদি)। সিরিয়াল নাম্বার বা স্টিকার নষ্ট বা মুছে গেলে। মাদারবোর্ড/গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড/র্যাম-এ ফাংগাস, মরিচা বা পিন ভাঙা থাকলে। BIOS/লগইন পাসওয়ার্ড সমস্যা (ডিভাইস সরবরাহের সময় Tech Buy BD কোনো পাসওয়ার্ড সেট করে না)। Apple MacBook এর অরিজিনাল macOS মুছে ফেলা হলে। প্রিন্টারের কার্টিজ, টোনার, ড্রাম ইত্যাদি কনজিউমেবল আইটেম। অনুমোদিত কালি/কার্টিজ ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু ব্যবহার করলে। কম্বো কিবোর্ড-মাউসের ক্ষেত্রে শুধু একটি আইটেম ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে পুরো সেট জমা দিতে হবে। প্রিন্টার/স্ক্যানার/রাউটার ইত্যাদির পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টার ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নয়। ৫. অতিরিক্ত শর্তাবলী ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিসের সময় যদি যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তন প্রয়োজন হয়, গ্রাহক চাইলে নিজে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন বা Tech Buy BD এর মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন (অগ্রিম মূল্য প্রদান সাপেক্ষে)। নির্দিষ্ট প্রোডাক্ট সার্ভিস বিভাগে জমা দেওয়ার পর ২ মাসের বেশি সময় পার হলে কোম্পানি আর দায়ভার নেবে না। ওয়ারেন্টি রিসিভ পেপার হারালে ক্রয়ের রশিদ ও প্রমাণ প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। এই নীতিমালা Tech Buy BD এর গ্রাহকদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য এবং যেকোনো সময় কোম্পানির বিবেচনায় পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে। Tech Buy BD Warranty Policy Dear Valued Customers, At Tech Buy BD, we always prioritize our customers above everything. However, in order to ensure improved, timely, and faster customer service, it is necessary to follow some rules and regulations. Therefore, before purchasing any computer or tech products from Tech Buy BD, please carefully read and understand the following warranty policy. 1. General Terms All warranties declared at the time of sale are provided by the original manufacturer or importer. Tech Buy BD acts as a facilitator to ensure the enforcement of the warranty policies of the original brand companies. Each brand has its own unique warranty policy, which can be found on their official websites. 2. Warranty Service & Duration Tech Buy BD follows warranty policies issued by international, national, and the Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS). Laptops usually carry 1–3 years of warranty depending on the brand/model. However, battery and adapter come with only 1-year warranty. Some products are replaced immediately upon complaint, while in most cases, the product is repaired and returned. If the exact model is unavailable, Tech Buy BD may replace it with an equivalent or better product of another brand, with adjustment of depreciation and price if necessary. Lifetime Warranty means service will be provided as long as the product remains in the market. However, according to BCS policy, the maximum service period under lifetime warranty is 2 years. 3. Warranty Process The turnaround time for repair or replacement under warranty may range from 5–7 days to 35–40 days or longer, depending on the availability of spare parts (as most parts are imported). Customers must bring the original box and documents while claiming warranty. Loss of data or software issues will not be the responsibility of Tech Buy BD. For monitors, warranty claims due to dead pixels will be valid only if there are at least 3 or more dead pixels visible. 4. Warranty Exclusions Warranty will not be applicable in the following cases: Damage caused by careless use (liquid damage, breakage, burn, scratches, accidents). If the serial number or sticker is removed, damaged, or unreadable. Presence of fungus, rust, deep scratches, or broken/bent pins on motherboards, graphics cards, or RAM. Issues related to BIOS or login passwords (Tech Buy BD does not set any password during delivery). Apple MacBook will lose warranty if the original macOS is deleted. Printer cartridges, toners, drums, rollers, and consumables are not covered. Using non-approved ink, cartridges, or toners will void printer warranty. For combo keyboard-mouse sets, warranty claims must be made with the entire set; individual items will not be accepted. Power adapters of printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, etc. are not covered under warranty. 5. Additional Conditions If parts need replacement during warranty service, customers may either arrange them personally or provide advance payment to Tech Buy BD to source them. If any product remains in the service department for more than 2 months, Tech Buy BD will not be responsible for it. If the warranty receipt is lost, the product must be submitted with the purchase invoice and valid proof. This warranty policy applies to all customers of Tech Buy BD and may be revised or updated at any time as deemed necessary by the company.
